PURCHASES, COSTS AND FEES Some products and services available through or in connection with Arrow Projects require a purchase and/or subscription or otherwise pay a fee. On your selection to pay using a credit card, you hereby authorize Arrow Projects Corp. to charge your credit card in advance for all applicable fees incurred by you or on your behalf in connection with your use of the Arrow Projects product or service you have chosen to use. You shall be solely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your use of Arrow Projects. Arrow Projects Corp. reserves the right to modify the fees charged for Arrow Projects products and services from time to time; provided that such modifications shall not take effect earlier than thirty (30) days after Arrow Projects Corp. posts such modifications on the PSPGalaxy.com Website. Amounts not paid by you to Arrow Projects Corp. when due may bear interest at the lesser of (a) one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, and (b) the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. Arrow Projects Corp. is not required to refund directly to you any amounts paid hereunder unless buyer has returned items or services purchased and has proof of return.

GENERAL This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction of and venue in courts located in Orange County New York, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the PSPGalaxy.com Website. In addition, you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in such courts for any action commenced by you against Arrow Projects, (or its affiliates). If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
